Agricultural Career Change!!

Personnel Placements are currently on the look out to help those who are looking to enter the agricultural industry for the first time, those who are looking at changing career paths or wanting to change workplaces. We are here to help! Often many of our roles don’t get to the point of being advertised as we fill the vacancies with existing candidates.

We have a lot of different assignments which can be short term temporary, long term temporary or permanent placements.
Assignments / placements can include but are not limited to:

• Roguing – crop management
• Harvesting vegetables
• Working with Seeds
• General Farm Work
• Truck Driving (Class 1-5 + WTR)
• Tractor Driving
• Calf Rearing

The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and attributes:

• Be physically fit and be able to handle manual lifting duties.
• Be available at short notice for work
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work in a team environment but also individually
• The drive to learn and obtain new skills
• Having a Driver Licence and your own reliable transport would place your application at an advantage.
