Office Admin/Accounts
We are looking for someone to join a family orientated, award winning team in the office at an aluminium joinery company in Methven. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality at all times, be invested in what they do and committed to being a productive and reliable part of the team.
To be considered for this role, you must have an already proven work history in accounts, have a positive, outgoing personality with initiative amongst your skillset.
Role requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Payroll processing
- Advanced Excel user
- Extensive Xero experience
- Exact data entry
- Prepare & file GST returns within the due date
- Provide backup Reception duties to cover absences
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Manage & follow up Debtors
