• Command the Shift: Lead up to 15 staff through the high-stakes evening production run (4:00pm – 2:00am).
• Get Hands-On: You aren’t just watching—you’re in the thick of it, ensuring the plate freezers and production lines never stop
• Master the Saturday Sprints: Lead the 12:00pm – 6:00pm Saturday session to bring the week home strong.
• Elite Standards: Keep safety tight and quality world-class. No compromises.
