Part time Admin/Payroll needed!
Our client is looking for a part-time Admin Superstar. If you enjoy working with a small yet tight knit team with the added bonus of school hours being offered then get in touch ASAP as this will not stay vacant for long.
About you:
- Previous experience with Xero and Accounts Payable
- Excellent and clear communication
- Competent with MS Word and Excel
- Mature with a friendly nature
You will have strong organisational skills, high level of attention to detail and most importantly a positive attitude. This role is very engaging with the patrons and as such it requires a person who is happy to have a “door always open policy”
About the role:
- Daily till reconciliation (manual)
- Daily banking
- Timesheets and wages for five staff
- Sales analysis (Excel spreadsheets)
- Month end reconciliation
Days and hours of work are flexible to suit both parties, expectation is that you will work 4 days, 5 hours per day. There is opportunity for extra hours in other areas of the business if you were keen to put your hand up.
