Receptionist / Admin Superstar Required!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and quick-witted receptionist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Being the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive and lasting impression delivering an exceptional front of house experience.
About the role:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a warm and friendly manner
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring efficient workflow
- Providing support to patients by answering phone and email queries
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating databases
- Processing payments and managing financial transactions
- Providing administrative support to the team as required
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing and/or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with patients of all ages,
professional and articulate phone manner. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records while working in a
fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using computer systems, google drive, outlook and office software
- A friendly, professional and adaptable approach to your work
