Customer Service/Admin Support
We are looking for a Customer Service/Admin Support person to help in a dynamic, modern agronomy office until mid – end of December.
You can expect your role to include:
- Customer order processing and support
- Basic financial administration duties e.g. invoicing
- Data entry and routine reporting
- Product catalogue management (seeds, chemicals, fertilizers)
- Stock monitoring & coordination
- Regulatory compliance and documentation
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
This role is 20 – 25 hours each week and there is some flexibility with hours/days as long as it is routine once agreed upon, which could work well if you have children at school.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural industry and be known for their accuracy and initiative. You must have competent keyboard skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to solve problems independently.
To be considered for this role, you must be mature and already possess the following skillset:
- Outstanding Customer Service (internal and external)
- Accurate Data Entry
- 2 years minimum NZ Admin experience
- Be able to demonstrate Excel competence
