Nicky was brought up on a farm just out of Ashburton, and now lives on a lifestyle block in the area; which means she is very familiar with the Ashburton District, and the associated agricultural industry.

Sarah is a South Canterbury local with a strong administrative and payroll background gained in various roles worked in Timaru, Christchurch and Western Australia. After returning to Timaru in 2018, Sarah soon found herself joining the Personnel Placements team where she has expanded her skills and knowledge in this area. Sarah takes care of temporary payroll, general administration support and CV Services in the Timaru office.

Wendy is the proud owner of Personnel Placements Limited, which she pioneered in Ashburton in 1999 after returning from the UK, following a successful career as a Regional Systems Manager for one of the world’s largest recruitment companies. Utilisting her skills and expertise to create a business that valued people was her dream. Wendy is still as passionate about placing people in the right roles now as she was then, “I just love to see people getting their dream jobs and businesses growing from strength to strength because of the people we are providing for them; it’s a win for everyone”.
