About the Role

This is an exciting, fast-paced and challenging role where no two days are the same. You’ll be running and growing your own established desk, working across a variety of industries and roles—from general labourers and tradespeople to office administrators and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated, naturally resourceful, and confident in their abilities to connect with people from all walks of life. You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to succeed.

To be considered, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience in office administration, recruitment or sales
Confidence establishing and nurturing relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Initiative and drive to meet goals and targets
A full, clean driver’s licence
