Factory Machine Operators – Night Shift
Location: Ashburton
Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Our client has been a trusted part of the Ashburton community for over 40 years and is backed by a global group renowned for manufacturing high-quality plastic products for national and international markets.

Due to continued growth and high demand for their products, we are seeking Factory Machine Operators to join the night shift team. This is a temporary role with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:
You’ll be operating plastic extrusion machinery to produce PE and PVC pipe, along with other plastic products. Maintaining quality is key — you’ll carry out routine checks to ensure all products meet strict standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating machinery in a factory or manufacturing setting
• Physically fit and capable of hands-on work
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• OSH forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential

Additional Requirements:

• You must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol and have a clean criminal record
