Office Admin/Receptionist
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Office Junior / Receptionist.
If you’re someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything. We can teach the right person the skills they need.
About the Role As the first point of contact for the business, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for the customers and supporting the busy office team. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing emails and general enquiries
- Filing and maintaining office records
- Data entry and general administration
- Assisting the team with a variety of office tasks
- Keeping the reception and office areas tidy and organised
