Service Technician – Irrigation

We’re looking for a practical, motivated Service Technician to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, with opportunities to build your skills across irrigation, mechanical, electrical and technical work.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

Installing and commissioning irrigation systems, including pivots and infrastructure
Servicing and maintaining irrigation equipment, pumps and controls
Troubleshooting breakdowns across pivots, laterals and pumps
Identifying maintenance requirements and carrying out repairs
Providing technical support and great customer service
Working both independently and as part of a team
Keeping vehicles, equipment and work areas safe, tidy and well maintained

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Practical, reliable and hardworking
Mechanically and technically minded
Confident problem-solving and working with their hands
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A good communicator with strong people skills
Organised and able to prioritise work
Comfortable working in a hands-on, agricultural environment
Willing to learn and undertake relevant training

A current driver’s licence is required. Experience in irrigation, farming, mechanical or electrical work would be an advantage, but we’re also open to the right person with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
