Garden Centre Assistant

This is a hands-on role in a production-style setting at the nursery. You’ll be working outdoors, assisting with potting plants, moving trays via conveyor and trolley, and helping transport them to the shade house. The work is repetitive but not heavy, involves standing for most of the day in all weather conditions.

Hours will be full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: Mid-September through to Xmas, although the successful candidate may be offered a permanent position should it be mutually agreeable.

This role is based out of the Timaru region, you will need to have a minimum of a restricted driver licence and a reliable vehicle to get you to and from work.
