We’re getting a head start on recruiting our local team for the upcoming hybrid crop season! Work kicks off in late September, with the busiest period in mid-October.

What’s the job?
You’ll be walking through hybrid seed crops across Mid Canterbury, identifying and removing unwanted male or female plants. Your efforts help ensure our growers produce top-quality export crops.

We’re proud to say that every hybrid crop our teams worked on last season was certified on the first inspection—a testament to the quality and dedication of our crew.

Who are we looking for?

• You don’t need experience—just the right attitude. The ideal team member will have:
• A willingness to learn and pick up new skills
• The ability to work well with others in a team setting
• Great attention to detail

What else should you know?

No driver licence or personal transport required—just make your way to our central meeting point each morning.

However, if you do hold a full, clean driver licence, that’s a definite bonus!
