As a Casual Traffic Management Labourer, you’ll be the face of safety on our roads. This is an on-call position, meaning we’ll reach out when projects ramp up or when we need extra hands on deck. What’s in it for you?

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting up and packing down roadwork sites (cones, signs, and barriers).
• Managing traffic flow using Stop/Go paddles or portable lights.
• Assisting crews with basic labouring tasks like pothole repairs or site clearing.
• Keeping the public and your teammates safe in a high-pressure environment.

What you need to bring:

• A drivers licence or a reliable way to get to work.
• Reliability: Since this is on-call, being someone we can count on when you say “yes” is everything.
• Physical Fitness: You’ll be on your feet all day and doing some lifting.
• Communication: Clear English is a must for radio use and public interaction.
