We’re recruiting now for our Spring 2026 Hybrid Crop Crew, with work beginning in early September and reaching peak season in October.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn money, stay active, work outdoors, and be part of a team that helps Mid Canterbury growers produce world-class export crops.

What does the role involve?

You’ll work alongside our experienced crew walking through hybrid seed crops across Mid Canterbury, carefully identifying and removing rogue male or female plants. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the quality and success of crops destined for export markets around the world.

Transport Requirements No driver’s licence is required. You simply need to be able to get yourself to our central Ashburton meeting point each day.

A full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
