Experienced Project Manager

About the Role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from planning through to completion. Working alongside the Contract Manager, you’ll coordinate resources, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities;

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from start to finish.
• Develop project programmes, schedules and resource plans.
• Manage project budgets, costs and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead and support project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For;

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction/project delivery role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and good problem-solving skills.
