About the Role –
No two days are ever the same. As our Agricultural Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with farming and rural businesses across Mid Canterbury, helping connect quality people with quality jobs.
You’ll recruit for a wide variety of roles including:
- Harvest and seasonal staff
- Tractor drivers and machinery operators
- Dairy farm workers
- Farm labourers
- Agricultural support staff
- Farm management positions
One day you may be interviewing candidates and filling urgent vacancies, the next you could be out meeting clients, developing new business opportunities, or helping solve workforce challenges for local employers.
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:
- Have agricultural or rural industry experience
- Enjoy building relationships and networking
- Are confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy staying busy
- Are well organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Are motivated to achieve results and grow professionally
- Have good computer and administration skills
Recruitment experience is a bonus — but not essential. We’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
