Foreman for small Landscaping crew
Landscaping Foreman Wanted – Lead, Build, and Grow With Us
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our clients’ team and take the lead on a variety of outdoor projects. If you have a strong background in leading a small crew, and take pride in delivering exceptional results, this could be the role for you. A knowledge of soft landscaping would be favorable.
About the Role As the Foreman, you’ll be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating team members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in the hands-on execution of the projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small team, along with physical labouring Maintain high standards of health and safety Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and management
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role Soft landscaping skills (planting, turfing, garden design, mulching, etc.) (preferable) Ability to motivate and manage a team Solid knowledge of landscaping tools, materials, and techniques (advantageous but can be taught) Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full driver’s licence (and ability to travel to CHCH on occassion, if required)
