Welder Engineer Extraordinaire
We are seeking a positive team player to join a reputable local company as a temporary welder/ engineer in the Ashburton area. Our Client stands for honesty and integrity, keeping promises, delivering on results and the whole team doing their jobs well. The whole operation is a safe place, for both staff and visitors where the whole team is committed to a zero injury rate.
Our client is a leading specialist in pivot and lateral irrigation installation across the South Island. They focus on the design, installation, modification, and servicing of centre pivot and lateral irrigators of all brands. They are a locally owned business with an excellent reputation who prides itself on expertise, innovation, and long-term service to the farming community.
This particular role is initially temporary but could become permanent for the right person. As a guideline hours for this role are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm however flexibility is required to work with seasonal peaks.
For success in this role, you will need to have the following attributes:
- Extensive welding experience
- Be physically fit
- Have unquestionable reliability and be committed to doing your best
- Display a good work ethic
- Have excellent English
- Your application may be placed at an advantage if you have previous welding/fabrication/engineering experience.
