Loader Operator
We’re looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join our team at our fertiliser screening plant for a fixed-term contract starting late August for approx 6-8 weeks. There is a possibility of this being extended.
This is a full-time day shift role operating a Hyundai HL770 17-tonne front-end loader. If you’re confident behind the wheel of large loaders, enjoy keeping production moving, and don’t mind getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Operating a Hyundai HL770 17-tonne front-end loader.
- Feeding the fertiliser screening plant to keep production running smoothly.
- Moving and stockpiling screened fertiliser product.
- Carrying out daily pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
- Working as part of a small team to meet daily production targets.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience operating front-end loaders (experience on large loaders is preferred).
- A strong commitment to health and safety.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- A positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Experience in fertiliser, agriculture, quarrying, or a similar production environment is an advantage.
